    The Society of Interventional Oncology (SIO) invests in the success of the interventional oncology (IO) field by offering future IO professionals the opportunity to attend and engage in the WCIO annual conference through the WCIO 2018 Fellows & Resident-In Training scholarship

    Abstracts Accepted through 19 January

    Share your research with more than 700 professionals in the global IO community and gain recognition from your peers. All accepted abstracts will be featured on SIO-Central and recognized in the WCIO 2018 conference app. The top peer-reviewed abstract will be selected to present during a WCIO 2018 plenary session. All abstracts will be eligible for Best Abstract awards in Boston.

    Nominate Influential Publications through 4 February

    For the second year, you have the opportunity to nominate influential publications believed to have made immediate clinical impact or that may influence the way patients are treated in the future. Therefore, publications can be nominated from basic science, translational or clinical research areas. Selected authors of the most influential articles will be invited to present their work during a plenary session at WCIO 2018.

    Submit Second Opinions Cases through 4 February

    Do you have an interesting patient that you are not sure how to manage? Did you have an unexpected result and you are not sure why it happened? This year at WCIO 2018, world-class experts will offer advice on difficult patient management issues. Anonymously submit your case to hear it discussed during this new session.
